Shreyas Vasireddy has assisted Chatsworth team members with analyst support in executing mandates involving financial advisory, M&A transactions, and capital raise campaigns for both equity and debt. Focusing on corporate finance and investment banking, Mr. Vasireddy gained additional experience advising growth-stage and middle-market companies, with a particular emphasis on healthcare-related businesses.

Prior to Chatsworth, Mr. Vasireddy worked at Investment Business Brokers, where he supported sell-side M&A engagements for founder-owned and middle-market companies through valuation analysis and transaction execution. He also worked as a Finance and Accounting Intern at MarketCast, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Co., where he built financial models, analyzed operating performance, and supported strategic and capital allocation decisions for senior management.

Mr. Vasireddy received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut, with a minor in Analytics and a concentration in Valuation and Portfolio Management.
