Mr. Migliazza is a Senior Associate at Chatsworth, focusing on business development and financial advisory transactions including M&A, restructuring, and raising both debt and private equity financing in the Energy and Technology industries.

Previously, Mr. Migliazza worked for former New York Mets and Boston Red Sox Manager Bobby Valentine as the Marketing Director of his Sports Academy in Stamford, CT. He was also a Co-Founder of a New York City based Artificial Intelligence company which assisted businesses within Health & Wellness.

Mr. Migliazza received a B.A. in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
