Ghislain de Noüe has over 20 years’ experience in hospitality-technology services, credit card payment processing industry and social media marketing.

Mr. de Noüe began his career as an entrepreneur. He came to the U.S. from his native France to set up a company distributing Point of Sale (POS) systems for restaurants. He then launched and operated his own POS company, Abaceo, including the development of proprietary software. Seeing an opportunity for restaurant owners to improve ROI from social media engagement, he pivoted to this new sector but continues to stay abreast of developments industry-wide. This gives him unparalleled contacts and knowledge, both operational and financial, when pitching and structuring M&A deals in the hospitality space.

Mr. de Noüe graduated from the Université Paris II Panthéon Assas in economics and received his master's in business and administration from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. His family business is wine-making in Burgundy.
