Shreyas Vasireddy has assisted Chatsworth team members with analyst support in executing mandates involving financial advisory, M&A transactions, and capital raise campaigns for both equity and debt. Focusing on corporate finance and investment banking, Mr. Vasireddy has gained additional experience advising growth-stage and middle-market companies, with a particular emphasis on healthcare-related businesses.
Prior to Chatsworth, Mr. Vasireddy worked at Investment Business Brokers, supporting sell-side M&A engagements, and at MarketCast, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Co., where he built financial models and supported strategic decisions. Mr. Vasireddy received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
