Vladimir Petropoljac is a cross-border M&A and structured finance professional with extensive experience originating, structuring, and executing complex private market transactions across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Most recently, Vladimir served as Director of M&A Origination for Continuum Venture Partners, a specialist investor in vertical B2B software, where he led deal origination across EMEA in FinTech, healthcare IT, EdTech, and government software.
Prior to Continuum, he held senior structured finance roles at Redwood Capital in Luxembourg and Omnia Global AG in Switzerland, managing high-value transactions across private credit, liability management, and special situations.
